How to do a Basic Crunch the right way ♦ Breathing, Form & common Mistakes

I’m sure everyone, one way or another, had done some basic crunches, right? Here are a few additional pointers to keep in mind while doing a basic crunch. Lift your chest up and shoulder blades off the floor but the rest of you back stays on the ground. Keep your head and neck relaxed gently on your hands. Exhale on the way up and Inhale down when you lay flat on the ground. Avoid 3 Common mistakes: 1) DON’T pull at your neck; 2) DON’T hold your breath; 3) DON’T round you shoulders forward as you rise
