Your chest will thank you for this workout. Gentlemen exercise their chests (using much heavier weights) a lot because bigger chest give them more presence and confidence. Ladies, chest exercises can lift your breasts a little but will not enlarge them. There are just a few simple moves, anyone can do it. There is only one exercise (one arm on a side) that can be difficult for some of you, however if you can’t do it on your arm, simply lift yourself up on your elbow and continue. You won’t have the same reach but it’s better to do it the safer way than don’t do it at all 🙂
