Tone up, sculpt and get your abs in shape fast on a stability ball! All you need is a weight, a ball and 10 minutes of your time.This workout will help you shape up your muscles and make them more pronounced. If you are not comfortable using weights or the workout will be too hard to perform with resistance, just drop the weights and continue without them- follow easier version described in the beginning of the video. Remember to eat healthy and do your cardio workouts regularly for better results. Abs, just like other muscles, need time to recover so don’t do this everyday. Twice to three times a week should be enough.
