I forgot about this workout. This video is one of the best short workouts you’ll ever find! It only about 10 minutes but it can be challenging for some of you. It works your entire body and you should sweat a lot. I was :). It includes some cardio, abs, legs, chest and more exercises. One of my favorite exercises here are pop squats (focus on your form) – this will really work you butt, thighs and legs! The best part: this is a home workout – no gym and no equipment required! If you still have some time and energy left after this, do something else – like work on your abs for a few more minutes, or chose your favorite workout.
