I am pregnant in my 9th week and i liked your exercises but I have questions i hope you can answer me
First : I began with the first video but I don’t know how many times I should do it ? Do i have to do it dayly ?
Second: it is just one video so is it ok if I exercised by this video for six month ?
Third : i feel that the second video for the last trimester will be too hard after six munth of the easy video for the first and second trimesters?
