It’s very important to exercise during your pregnancy. Healthy Body = Healthy Baby 🙂 In addition, regular workouts will help you not only stay fit during your pregnancy, but also can help you stay strong in a delivery room. Also, physically active women get back in shape postpartum much faster than less active mothers. Talk to your doctor and choose activities right for you.
