Thank you stopping by. I started this blog many years ago to inspire and motivate others. I am a fitness enthusiast, but I am also a mother of 2 small kids, a wife, and a part-time law student in Los Angeles, CA. My journey with fitness started years ago when I bagun training martial arts. Initially, I started with a traditional Japanese karate, but later I also trained Muay Thai and kickboxing. That was a very long time agoo… Now, my busy life does not allow me to train the way I used to, so I usually keep my workouts short but intense. Surprisingly, it works!
Feel free to use my workouts as guidelines and exercise at your home. There is no need to spend money on expensive equipment, or sweat for long hours at the gym. You CAN get into the best shape of your life sooner than you think! Really. Just work hard, stay inspired, focused & motivated. Believe you can do it and you will. See yourself in a bright light everyday and you will feel happy and live a healthy live!
