If you are looking for some impressive biography- you are not going to find it here. I’m just a regular person who loves to work out! I’m an athlete and martial artist. I’ve been training and competing in traditional Japanese Karate for a long time. A few months ago my friend called me a “workout maniac”. She’s probably right; Exercising is my top priority! I
do it almost every day because it makes me feel and look better. In addition to karate, I have some experience in Muay Thai and Kickboxing.
I have created this blog to help me monitoring my own progress, and motivate to “push harder”! Feel free to use my workouts as guidelines and exercise at your home.
