    Love this work put, especially because you give the more advanced exercises also – pushing me to work harder. could you provide a rough indication on how many calories are burned during each of your sessions? Especially the cardio workouts?

    Hello, I have a very “over asked” question but I would love an answer form you!
    I am on the curvy side and have a naturally big butt.
    what exercises are good to lift and tighten it up?
    I am noticing that its starting to look like big with no real shape.
