Apparently your sense of smell can help you drop extra pounds. Some researches think that certain scents can curb you cravings. Based on conducted experiments, people who smelled banana, peppermint or green apple several times a day, lost more weight on average. Not a bad idea. Keep a banana or an apple nearby and smell it occasionally. Who knows, maybe it will work for you and kill those nasty cravings. Let me know what happens. I’m definitely gonna give it a try.
