Have you heard that story or a song, in which it never rains in Southern California’ ? It’s a LIE!! It does rain here and sometimes even pours! Moreover, we have beautiful rainbows, like this one on a picture. If you look closely you can see the second rainbow, fading in the corner.  I took this picture this afternoon on a way home.  Guess there will be no outdoor activities for me today…  I’m gonna have a cup of coffee and do a quick workout at home. If it rains where you are, don’t use rainy weather as an excuse to  get lazy on a couch in front of a TV. Find a short and easy workout, or even stretch for 15 min. Believe me, you’ll feel better.
