Pancakes & Waffles made healthy !!

Although pancakes are associated with IMG_3819unhealthy food, you can have a healthier version of pancakes or waffles if you modify your recipe a bit. Instead of bleached flour, use  oatmeal flour or even add rolled oats. I added 2 eggs, water and a little soy milk. Of course -no sugar and no butter. For topping, I used cottage cheese and fresh fruits. Tastes yummy and  no guilty thoughts 🙂
