Attention all banana lovers (including myself 🙂 ). According to Japanese Scientific Research, full ripe banana with dark patches on yellow skin produces a substance called TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor) which has the ability to combat abnormal cells. The more darker patches it has the higher will be its immunity enhancement quality; Hence, the riper the banana the better the anti-cancer quality.

Thats interesting to know as I don’t like eating bananas that ripe but I will now!
Great post!!! I see so many people eating un-ripe bananas and it makes me ache for them. If only they knew what a truly ripe banana looked like. I eat at least 8 bananas a day. I get the looks when I am at the market b/c I buy at least 40 bananas at a time. Tee Hee!!
Peace and Raw Health,
