Hello , I have always wanted to know how to stretch for the flexibility for martial arts kicking.
since you are an accomplished martial artist i was wondering will you please do a video on how to stretch for kicking. similar to your ” Basic Kicking Techniques – Fundamentals &Tutorial”
video. I understand that kickboxing is a great form of cardio. I need to work on my flexibility.I don”t want to hurt myself. That is an awesome kick in the picture from your bio page on your website.
