Often I go out with friends and see how they order burgers, pizzas, fried foods or other not so healthy choices. Although it can be tempting sometimes, I usually try to stick to chicken sandwiches or traditional salads. Yesterday was one of these days where I saw many very interesting salads on a menu. I decided to go with this one because of the creative description (and colorful picture). It sounded not only tasty but also like a combination of all the healthy ingredients/veggies 😉 When I finally got it, it tasted very good but it was soaked in the dressing, which I forgot to order on the side!! Don’t know how it happened. Clearly, that was my mistake. Most of the calories I consumed came from the deceiving dressing! Lesson learned :). Nevertheless, still healthier selection than a cheeseburger, large fries, coke and a desert!
