Fat Burning & Energizing Killer Workout ;)

Try this fat & calories burning workout on your own and see how much time it will take you to complete it. Focus on your form and do each exercises correctly. Don’t forget to warm up & stretch before and after exercising, drink water and pause between exercises when needed – but don’t stop the timer when resting 🙂
100 Skips (jump rope skips any way you want to) sumo1
20   Squats with weights
100 Skips
20   Shoulder Presses – use medium weights
100 Skips
20   Sump Squats with heavy weights
100 Skips
50   bicycle crunches
100 Skips
10   Push  ups
100 Skips
10   Jump Squats
100 Skips
Record your total time. Repeat this workout in a few days or next week and see how much you improved.  Don’t forget to have fun while burning!
