Here is my Monday challenge: Set a clock for 30 minutes and preform this circuit. Rest for 30-60 seconds and do it again. Do as many rounds as possible within 30 minutes. If you complete total of 8 sets before time is up – you beat the clock and you are done! If this is you, please share your time with us so we will be motivated for the next time or the next workout. 10 Squats (preferably with weights)
10 Push ups
20 Bicycle crunches (each leg)
25 Mt climbers (each leg)

I’m trying to keep exercising everyday but i have a problem. I have to stop my workout routine when my period comes because i will feel so weak . My question is, what workout I can do during my 7 days period and what should i eat to prevent passing out due to loss of blood. Thank you very much!

But I can share what I Currently do ….completely rest for first three days doing restorative yoga then introduce some gentle yoga routines day 4 and 5 all depending on energy levels some months energy returns faster than others ….important to listen to your body….I reintroduce weights… Hope this might help you.
