Tabata ★ High-Intensity Fat-Burning Cardio Workout

It’s a very intense, maximum effort workout. You should try to push yourself really hard in every exercise and every round. However, focus on your form!! This workout isn’t recommended for beginners. Try something easier before you attempt this routine. Nevertheless, I would like you to try this workout eventually because its fantastic and brings awesome results. It will make you stronger, leaner, you’ll be losing weight and getting into shape superfast 🙂 Always warm up and stretch, and drink plenty of water – especially after you finish.  Have Fun 😉

Hello! Thanks a lot for this workout. Could you specify what are the other cardio workouts in your videos that can be described as HIIT, or Tabata? They all seem quite intense, but I was wondering if they have to be considered as such, or if they are just cardio workouts, therefore requiring more time to burn fat. Thank you!

I also wanted to thank you : I have been using your videos, and advices, on a regular basis, and the effects are really showing now, progressively but surely. I am more toned, and lost at least 4 pounds, while gaining muscle, but not looking like a gym freak! A few ones left, and I’ll have reached my goal. I also feel the improve in my free dive practice. Thank you!!!

Love it! I just watched your treadmill video…..just what I was after! This looks equally as great! Love how personal your videos are….real life!! So great! I have six weeks to get ready for a trip to Italy….so…so far I have not had wine for a week and did a light cleans. Feeling great so far. Would like to loose 15 pounds if possible before heading to Italy. Doing my best! How often would you recommend doing a high intensity work out? Thanks a million!
