2 week Fight Camp

I have been very busy this past few weeks and therefore, I haven’t been working out as much as I should and planned – as you can tell from the amount of entries I’ve made 😦 Today, I joined a 2 week Muay Thai fight camp program. It consists of skill, strength, and conditioning training. I Jumped rope for 10 minutes, kicked and punched the bag for many long rounds, and shadow boxed. Despite the fact that I’ve trained Muay Thai some time ago, and I am “in shape”, I left lots of sweat on the floor πŸ™‚

I have another series of exercises prepared but I need to shoot it first. I plan to do it over the weekend or early next week. So step by in a few days to check out another video πŸ™‚
