Many people, mostly ladies, don’t see their backs and therefore, often ignore that part of the body while exercising. Don’t. Strong back is very important… and sexy 😉 Adding some biceps exercises into your routine can help you shape up great arms too. Try this workout. It’s fairly easy. Sound quality isn’t the best because it was very windy. The best way is to turn on some music and minimize the volume of this video.
