Let me know if it helps you. In the beginning, it’s important to select the appropriate length of a jump rope. Once you get that, you have to practice as often as you can. It may seem really hard (or even impossible) in the beginning but don’t give up. You have to develop your own rhythm. I don’t recommend practicing for too long at once, especially when you first learning. Keep your training below 15 minutes and either take a break or get back to it the next day. If you do too much in the beginning you may get discouraged fast or even get injured. Let your body rest when it needs. Always warm up before the exercises and drink water. Good luck!
