Warm-up & Stretching Exercises

Finally, I shot a video, in which you’ll find some warm up exercises & stretching routines. Remember, safety comes first! Therefore, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY: don’t overstretch and don’t pull your muscles. Stretching takes time (months or even years). Some people are more flexible than others. I hope you’ll find it useful 🙂
