Good news, Summer is just around the corner! I figured, getting that toned body to fit into a biking seems like a perfect new goal. Sounds great, right? – but it’s not that simple. I know from my personal experience that first couple weeks are the hardest! It requires a lot of discipline and motivation. 20 minutes workout 3 times a week – that’s just may not be enough. In addition, you have to eat right, drink plenty of water and get enough sleep. That’s right, you have to change your lifestyle! The sooner you start, the better you’ll look 🙂 I’m starting tomorrow!
