I put together my first workout for that new bikini body challenge. Today I worked out my butt, legs and thighs. The workout is very simple & straightforward: just watch the video and follow the instructions. There are no complicated moves; therefore all exercises can be done anywhere 🙂 In addition, I did my jump rope cardio: Eight 30 sec. rounds. I completed this part before my butt and legs workout.
