I can’t find organic milk nor organic yogurt here in Brazil, at least in my state.
So I always buy fat-free no-sugar yogurt but I don’t care about the calories: for me it’s about health as I’m not trying to lose weight. I got used to the taste but most people I know can’t stand it. I like it with mango, watermelon, melon, strawberries, papaya or banana: it makes the fruit even fresher. I also like it with only cinnamon powder. Curiously, I tried a sandwich filled with yogurt (instead of mayonnaise) and it tastes very good.
Besides fruit, do you have any suggestion on how consuming it?

Thank you for the tips 🙂
Fruits are great because they are naturally sweet 🙂
Also, I like to add some vanilla protein powder to plain yogurt as a part of my post workout snack
