Sunny Days = Workouts Outside

We had a beautiful day in LA! It was sunny but not hot. I taught a kids karate class in the morning and when I came back I was very tempted to get outside and do some outdoor activities. I could imagine aΒ  pair of my shoes saying “please take us outside” πŸ™‚ So I did. I hit the road and 4.5 miles later I came back home really happy and energized. I have to take advantage of this weather before gets really hot and dry. Today though mission accomplished πŸ™‚

I would like to encourage everyone to get outside and do something for 20-30 minutes: whatever it might be: Hiking, walking, running or playing ball! It will make you feel better πŸ™‚ !
