I decided to go back to my old exercising routines:) It’s been a while since I did simple workout- without any weights or equipment. For a very long time, I’ve been trying to challenge myself and therefore, look for some new and harder workouts. Well, sometimes going back to old school can be good for my body and my muscles. In this video you’ll find 10 exercises that I simply love! I think they are wonderful for beginners and experts! They helped me to get in shape, so they should be beneficial for you as well. The last exercises is the hardest and it may be difficult for some of you but try doing as many as you can, so simply put your feet down and “row” with your feet flat on the floor.
