I will be honest: This workout is hard, or at least should be for most of us. You will feel your abs burning and asking for a break 😉 Give it a try and see for yourself.
This is a good workout to begin with. Don’t worry if you can’t do all the reps; just do as much as you can and try to keep the right form 🙂
