Post- workout meal matters! In short, it is very important because your body needs to replenish glycogen, which is depleted after a strenuous workout, and muscle tissue needs nutrients to recover. Make sure your post workout meal includes protein (whey is great) and carbohydrates. This is one of my favorites protein shakes- yes, I have a few favorites 😉
