What exercise should i do for that ?? from your videos ??
You can do any Abs and core training (yes, you can use my videos for that) and CARDIO workouts. You can do my cardio exercises, Plyo or anything with a jump rope from my website. If that’s too hard or you’ll get bored, you can also try running or biking etc.
