Weeks ago I recorded this video. I misses the intro and therefore this workout has been sitting in my computer’s file. Practically, all I need to say is “Hello” and “you need a set of light weights to do these exercises“- That’s all!!
This workout is great! Often, I do it as a warm up routine before I lift heavier weights. Do it 2-3 times a week along with some of my other workouts and you will tone your arms faster than you think 😉 Good luck!

how many months before I can see the effects of it?
