I created this video thinking of it as an “additional” or a short workout. If you just finished your cardio segment, or weight lifting or any physical activity, and want to spend 10 minutes to exercise your abs – this is it! For those, who have been doing Weider’s Series, try this workout after you finish daily training on 3rd and 4th week of training. Do it once and if you feel fine next day you can try doing it again or possibly twice 🙂
