Today I uploaded a new workout video. It’s just awesome! This is a very good cardio workout. I can honestly say that I’m in shape; and still, I was out of breath for most of this workout. It’s very simple, effective and workout time only 8 minutes! I love it! Check it out 🙂

2. Jump rope (high knees) – 30 sec.
