This workout consists of jumps, squats and kicks. Some exercises are also known as plyometrics (jump training) and their purpose is to increase muscular power and explosiveness. In other words, this is an amazing workout + fat burned 😉 Performing these exercises, as well as other plyos, can lead to improvements in: jump performance, shape your legs and glutes, strength your legs, muscle power, balance and agility. I wouldn’t recommend it to beginners due to intensity and difficulty. Do some easier workouts to build strength and condition, otherwise you could injure yourself 😦
