I’m beginning to think I hate Mondays. For weeks, I have been welcoming new weeks with gallons of sweat. Today wasn’t any different. But I do like that intensity in the morning. It totally wakes me up and energizes the rest of the day, or even the rest of the week. After I finished all 3 rounds I ran a little over 2 miles (about 25 min).
