per 1 LB of bodyweight per KG of bodyweight
PROTEIN 1-1.5g 2-3.3g
CARBS 1g or less 1.9g or less
FAT 0.25-0.5g 0.45-1g

    Great nutritional tips. Thanks! I agree with you when about man made foods. You never know what exactly is used as ingredients. It’s way safer to cook your own food at least 90% of the time.
