The road to developing the best body you’ve always wanted starts here! There is no shortcuts, no magic- you have to do it yourself simply by following 3 steps – and that’s not always easy.
1. Training
Whether you want lean legs, a nice butt or a sexy 6 pack you have to exercise those muscles regularly and challenge them every time you workout. If you are a beginner: first, start slow. Later, try changing your exercises or increase intensity; make them longer, harder and lift heavier weights.
2. Cardio
Aerobic exercise isn’t just good for your heart but it will help you burn more calories, get rid of more fat and water retention. If you get bored with running, try something else that will get your heart rate going, like kickboxing, dancing or a jump rope. If you really want your abs to show don’t skip your cardio!
3. Clean Diet
What’s clean diet? NOT fatty, sodium packed or loaded with sugar. Carbonated drinks or even packaged juices are sweetened – that’s not clean. Think simple, unprocessed food. The best way is to prepare it yourself. Nutrition is as important as exercising. The sooner you start loving your veggies the better. And don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
