Guide to Healthy Bananas

Attention all banana lovers (including myself 🙂 ). According to Japanese Scientific Research, full ripe banana with dark patches on yellow skin produces a substance called TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor) which has the ability to combat abnormal cells. The more darker patches it has the higher will be its immunity enhancement quality; Hence, the riper the banana the better the anti-cancer quality.

Rethink what you drink!! Excessive amount of Sugar in your Drinks

Have you even wonder how much sugar contains your favorite drink? In case you’ve been dieting and exercising without successful results, perhaps you should ask yourself if sugary drinks are part of your diet 😉 Just to let you know, a single can of coke has 39g of sugar. In addition, check the number of serving per container because one bottle of soda or energy drink can have more than one serving. Anyway, I think the picture is very visual….

Back and Biceps Workout

Many people, mostly ladies, don’t see their backs and therefore, often ignore that part of the body while exercising. Don’t. Strong back is very important… and sexy 😉  Adding some biceps exercises into your routine can help you shape up great arms too. Try this workout. It’s fairly easy. Sound quality isn’t the best because it was very windy. The best way is to turn on some music and minimize the volume of this video. I explained how to perform these exercises in the beginning of the video making it easier to follow 🙂
