I love hiking! Every time when I feel like I don’t want to work out I go and climb the nearby mountains 🙂 Most of my vacation time I spent in parks where I either hike or go backpacking. I have to confess: I’m getting sick of Weider’s program. It’s very long, boring and although, I didn’t have much expectations – I did have some! Will see…. I still have over 1 week to go, so I’m not giving up. On the contrary, I’m exercising more. Here is another Ab workout 🙂 It shouldn’t be too hard for most of you, however if you are a beginner, start slow and don’t use any weights; if you do 50 sit ups- that’s OK. Advanced people, use some weights (2-4 pounds for women) and see how you’ll do. If it’s too hard you can always drop the weights and continue without them. Take breaks if needed. The most important part of this workout is to sit all the way up and twist your shoulders engaging your abs – don’t just extend your arms. You’ll feel the difference. Remember, do it slow and dictate your own speed. Enjoy 🙂

I created this video thinking of it as an “additional” or a short workout. If you just finished your cardio segment, or weight lifting or any physical activity, and want to spend 10 minutes to exercise your abs – this is it! For those, who have been doing Weider’s Series, try this workout after you finish daily training on 3rd and 4th week of training. Do it once and if you feel fine next day you can try doing it again or possibly twice 🙂

Weider’s Abs – uptated Tutorial and a new W6A video
I’ve been doing this program for almost 3 weeks now. I finally noticed a small difference 🙂 The videos are available on W6 Abs page. The number of repetitions increases and it makes a difference for me and for some other people who have been doing it. I couldn’t establish the source of the workout with all detailed description because a lot of people, including myself, have questions. I personally think, that the program isn’t as much about the exercises – it’s about your commitment to do it everyday for 6 weeks! Therefore, if your back hurts or some exercises are too hard for you: take a break or change them a little. Try to stay as close to original exercises as possible but challenge yourself and your body and don’t stick to the easiest way out! Watch my tutorial videos, especially the second tutorial as I altered some of my routines. I will try to make a sheet and a table in English and post it it here soon. Good Luck 😉
The Best Chest Exercises ♦ Short and Easy home workout
Your chest will thank you for this workout. Gentlemen exercise their chests (using much heavier weights) a lot because bigger chest give them more presence and confidence. Ladies, chest exercises can lift your breasts a little but will not enlarge them. There are just a few simple moves, anyone can do it. There is only one exercise (one arm on a side) that can be difficult for some of you, however if you can’t do it on your arm, simply lift yourself up on your elbow and continue. You won’t have the same reach but it’s better to do it the safer way than don’t do it at all 🙂
