6-pack ABS (Tutorial) ♦ Your 6 weeks- 6 pack Abs Challenge (Weider Series)

Hi There, in this video I did a short demonstration how to perform all 6 exercises from Weider’s 6 pack abs training program. This workout is very popular in Europe. As I mentioned in the video, this program has been developed for those, who want to finally  get a 6 pack. I have already started working on it (1 week) on my other (non-English channel) and yesterday I got first responses. There are some people who have been doing it for 4 days and have already noticed results!!! Unbelievable! Of course, everything depends on your weight, age and body type but if you’ll commit – you’ll get results fast! But again, you have to commit and do the program everyday for 6 weeks. Anyway, this is just and intro/tutorial video. Watch it and familiarize yourself with each exercise and get ready. High Protein Foods

This is the last video about Protein. It seems boring but I said it before: It’s very important to eat right. Whether you want to lose weight or sculpt your body – you need the right nutrition. This video is a general overview of Protein Rich Foods.  My next project is those 6 exercises I mentioned yesterday. Weider 6-pack ABS training

Have you heard of  Weider 6-pack ABS training? People in Europe are crazy about it!! They’ve  been asking me about it because it’s the HOTEST thing there! Frankly, I never heard about it until a few weeks ago. I decided to do some research and, I have to admit, it’s a very interesting program. To make a long story short: you perform only 6 exercises everyday for 6 weeks (42 days).  I started already exercising and filming it for non-English speaking people but I think it would be fun to introduce it here in the US as well. What do you think? Exercises are not too difficult but every 3 days you increase the number of reps – and that makes it challenging for your muscles 🙂  Are you ready for a 6 weeks commitment to get your abs in shape??

Side Effects of too much Protein in the Diet ♦ Overdosing on Protein

Don’t believe in everything you read in papers! I read every month- in many fitness and health magazines, and I’m sure many of you had seen it as well, – how great is protein and how wonderfully it will help you transform your body! All you have to do is eat it in everything, add it to all your meals, and you’ll lose weight, burn fat, etc. Is it really TRUE????  What do you think?? I would say: Not entirely. There are many side effects on overdosing protein and that many magazines don’t mention as ofter as they should – in my opinion.  First of all, more than 30g of protein shouldn’t be consumed at once!  And there are much more. How to do a Basic Crunch the right way ♦ Breathing, Form & common Mistakes

I’m sure everyone, one way or another, had done some basic crunches, right? Here are a few additional pointers to keep in mind while doing a basic crunch. Lift your chest up and shoulder blades off the floor but the rest of you back stays on the ground. Keep your head and neck relaxed gently on your hands. Exhale on the way up and Inhale down when you lay flat on the ground. Avoid 3 Common mistakes: 1) DON’T pull at your neck; 2) DON’T hold your breath; 3) DON’T round you shoulders forward as you rise

How to get the Perfect Body you always Dreamed of !!

The road to developing the best body you’ve always wanted starts here!  There is no shortcuts, no magic-  you have to do it yourself simply by following 3 steps – and that’s not always easy.
1. Training
Whether you want lean legs, a nice butt or a sexy 6 pack you have to exercise those muscles regularly and challenge them every time you workout. If you are a beginner: first, start slow. Later, try changing your exercises or increase intensity; make them longer, harder and lift heavier weights.
2. Cardio
Aerobic exercise isn’t just good for your heart but it will help you burn more calories, get rid of more fat and water retention. If you get bored with running, try something else that will get your heart rate going, like kickboxing, dancing or a jump rope. If you really want your abs to show don’t skip your cardio!
3. Clean Diet
What’s clean diet?  NOT fatty,  sodium packed or loaded with sugar. Carbonated drinks or even packaged juices are sweetened – that’s not clean. Think simple, unprocessed food. The best way is to prepare it yourself. Nutrition is as important as exercising. The sooner you start loving your  veggies the better. And don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
